Pavel is an unruly 18 year old boy who has already been called in for disciplinary punishment several times before, and this time is again punished severely with several hundred lashings with a belt and hand spankings in different positions; standing, OTK, bent over, legs apart and on the couch. Even Pavel’s penis and balls are punished for good measure.
