The soldiers James and Nick have both been sentenced by the captain to a severe punishment, they report to the marshal to receive their punishment. The marshal punishes each of the young soldiers with caning. The second soldier was unable to endure the flogging and begs for an alternate type of punishment, so the marshal orders him to suck off the other soldier. For these straight guys this is really a humiliating punishment. The young muscular soldier James continues to be punished with the cane, first by the marshal and then his fellow soldier. Hand spankings are administered, and James is also flogged with leather straps by the Marshal and his fellow soldier, all this putting a tremendous strain on his endurance level. He also received a vigorous hand spanking while over the soldier's knee.
