The soldier Pavel is sentenced to a long-lasting punishment, it is going to be exceedingly difficult for him to endure. Pavel receives first a whipping to his bare back and then his buttocks, this is followed by a vigorous hand spanking. The marshal then continues to punish the soldier Pavel with a hard punishment administered with the nine-tailed whip used enthusiastically on his bare back and butt, all this puts immense strain on poor Pavel’s resolve to endure his punishment without complaint.
