Chris is a new 22-year-old recruit and the NCO has reserved for him a special Welcome into the Army gesture: a good training punishment. After his first session, he must remain naked and wait for next instructions: his punishment is to be continued. The recruit hands out the double leather strap to the NCO and he receives a sound spanking with it, on his bare buttocks, followed by a good dose of hearty hand spankings on the butt and in the center, making the boy jump at every lash.
